Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Connect Predict’s B2B phone data quality, validation, and verification services.

1. Business use

Connect Predict is intended for legitimate business-to-business data-quality and verification workflows. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harassing activity.

2. Customer data

You represent that you have the right to submit data to Connect Predict and to instruct us to process it for the requested purpose. You remain responsible for the legality of your data collection, outreach, suppression, consent, and downstream use of service results.

3. Service methods

Connect Predict may use a combination of data normalization, third-party validation sources, telecommunications infrastructure, network signals, and brief human-assisted live verification attempts.

4. Verification results

Results reflect information or observations available at the time of processing. Phone ownership, network status, screening settings, line type, reachability, and answer behavior can change. Connect Predict does not guarantee that a phone number will remain valid or that a person will answer a future call.

5. Compliance

Connect Predict does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any particular law or regulation. Customers are responsible for determining the legal requirements applicable to their use.

6. Third-party services

Connect Predict may rely on third-party telecommunications, hosting, data, infrastructure, and processing providers.

7. Prohibited uses

Prohibited uses include caller-ID spoofing or impersonation, fraud, harassment, evasion of suppression or do-not-contact requests, unauthorized access, unlawful consumer targeting, and use that violates applicable law or provider requirements.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or refuse service where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect systems or providers, investigate complaints, or comply with law.

9. Fees

Fees, credits, limits, and billing terms are determined by the applicable order, plan, invoice, or written agreement.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Connect Predict disclaims implied warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Connect Predict will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
