Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes permitted and prohibited use of Connect Predict services.

Permitted use

• B2B phone-data cleaning, validation, and verification.
• Processing business contact information that the customer is authorized to use.
• Internal data-quality, sales-operations, and outreach-prioritization workflows that comply with applicable law.

Prohibited use

• Fraud, impersonation, deception, harassment, threats, or illegal activity.
• Caller-ID spoofing or presenting phone numbers you are not authorized to use.
• Attempting to evade suppression, do-not-contact, or other legally required restrictions.
• Using the service to facilitate unlawful robocalling, prerecorded-message campaigns, or other prohibited automated calling.
• Submitting data you are not authorized to process.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, account limits, or provider restrictions.

Live verification

Where live verification is used, Connect Predict may place brief calls to customer-supplied business contact numbers for data-quality purposes. Live verification is human-assisted.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe use violates this policy, creates material risk, or conflicts with applicable law or provider requirements.
